What do you like most about your field?
I love being a registered dietitian nutritionist and sharing nutrition information with others.

Why did you enter the teaching profession?
My parents were teachers so teaching came naturally to me. After completing my master's degree, a teaching position at that university was open and I was asked by my professors to consider it. I have been teaching in nutrition and dietetics ever since then.

What is a favorite moment of working with students at Ouachita?
As a teacher, I love to watch the students I teach move through their time at Ouachita, graduate and go on to working in careers using the knowledge they gained in our nutrition and dietetics courses.
